At Fly with Bonkim, we strive to provide the best training and support for our students in aviation and hospitality. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below
Once you have successfully enrolled in any of our training programs and payment is confirmed, your seat is reserved. Enrollment fees are non-transferable.
• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [support@flywithbonkim.com] within 7 days of enrollment. • If you cancel your enrollment within this period and have not accessed the course/training, you may be eligible for a partial refund (processing fees may be deducted). • After 7 days or once the course materials/training sessions have been accessed, no refund will be issued.
• In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to: • Attend the rescheduled program, or • Receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. • Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
• Registration fees, administrative charges, or payment gateway fees are non-refundable. • Any discounts, offers, or promotional enrollments are also non-refundable.
