Welcome to Fly with Bonkim. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the enrollment and participation of students in our online cabin crew training courses. By registering for or attending our courses, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Applicants must provide accurate personal details during registration.
Enrollment is subject to confirmation from Fly with Bonkim.
Students must be at least 17 years old or meet the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned for the specific program.

All course fees must be paid in full (or as per installment plan agreed) before the commencement of the program.
Payments are accepted through authorized payment gateways or bank transfers.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances defined in our Refund Policy.

Classes will be conducted online via the official platform provided by Fly with Bonkim. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with third parties. Fly with Bonkim reserves the right to modify the schedule, faculty, or course structure if necessary.

Regular attendance and participation are mandatory for successful completion. Certificates will be issued only to students who meet attendance, assessment, and performance requirements. Completion of the course does not guarantee job placement but aims to prepare students for career opportunities in aviation.

Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during classes. Any misconduct, harassment, or breach of decorum may result in suspension or termination without refund. Sharing class materials, recordings, or resources without permission is strictly prohibited.

All study materials, presentations, videos, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Fly with Bonkim. Students are granted access only for personal learning purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the content.

Students are responsible for arranging stable internet connectivity, devices, and software necessary to attend classes. Fly with Bonkim is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues at the student’s end.

Refunds will be provided only in cases such as duplicate payments or course cancellation by Fly with Bonkim. Any refund request must be made in writing to info@flywithbonkim.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 10–15 working days. We don't provide any refund onces the courses is started.

While we aim to provide high-quality training, Fly with Bonkim does not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment, or salaries. We are not liable for losses caused by technical delays, student negligence, or third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam.

Fly with Bonkim reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website, and continued use our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
